In the aftermath of the horrible synagogue attack most media that reported it did it seriously and with little bias, later on some things were changed. But few of the media did extremely lousy job showing their bias and attitude towards Israel I suppose.
One of the worst examples was, I presume, CNN. Let the pictures tell the story...
No wonder sometimes people have so distorted views of what is going on in Israel, if they rely on media coverage, it is often not very far from such reporting of 9/11 as on this mem
And in Gaza sweets were being given in the streets and crowds rejoicing, just like after 9/11. Let me remind you that Hamas is (officially) part of the unity government now. Supported by so many in Europe.
The most shocking is the reaction of cartoonists in Palestinian territory. Instruction for the children? If so I prey never to meet them. And it matters not who you are or are not for people trained from childhood to hate and kill. It is simply abusing children and creating horrible future for all.
This is a blog about Israel, her history, culture, touristic as seen by outsider but fully in love with this amazing, beautiful country. It is also partly about the dialogue between Judaism and Christianity and - as this can't be avoided - a little bit about politics, but no more than is necessary
